Graphic Design Phase

Project Begins

After receiving the advanced payment the developer in charge of your project will contact you and will give you conformation along with their direct contact information and possibly provide a information that is required at your side during the development of the project.

We would appreciate if you send the us page listing like home, about us, company profile etc. all that you need along with the content you need in the respective pages. For E-Commerce sites, we will need you to supply an Excel spread sheet listing the following: Product Name, product id, images etc. all that apply. Ideally, all of the above information should be supplied prior to us getting started. The developer in charge of your project will contact you on start date scheduled by you to confirm that we are getting started.

Design Layouts

We will provide three designs for home page. After you have reviewed the designs and decided which one you would like to use, we will continue to make modifications to the design until the final desired look is achieved. Once the final desired look is achieved, we will create the interior page layout, convert the design to HTML, add programming, etc. 

We would appreciate if you can send images and logo that you would like to incorporate into the design

Mock Ups

We establish a private directory for your new website on our testing server so that you may view the website development progress at any time. In addition, our project manager will inform you via email when extensive updates to the site have been made so you can review the most recent progress. The sole purpose to have this is to keep you update with what's happening and to make things moving in right direction with your consent.
